With more than 10 years of HR experience and 4 years of digitalization background, I support small and medium-sized enterprises through change: making processes transparent, structuring systems, and helping employees accept new solutions.

In 2024, I obtained a Digital HR Business Partner certification to support my partners strategically in digital and HR challenges.

I created the HumanDigit Solutions brand to provide human-centered solutions for companies that not only want to implement technology but also want to operate more efficiently, sustainably, and consciously – in collaboration with their own team.

Although my focus is HR digitalization and support, my experience allows me to help in other related areas as well – always adapted to your business operations.
